Suggested Usage

Step 1

For healthy, lustrous hair, warm one teaspoon of Hair O Gen PLUS drops in palms.

Step 2

Apply Oil on the scalp. Massage the scalp gently in a circular motion using your fingertips so that the oil is absorbed into the scalp.

Step 4

Allow the oil to thoroughly penetrate the hair roots, shampoo to remove the oil and rinse well.

Taking care of your hair

Hair requires a personal care maintaining your hair is very easy all you have to do is you should know how to care for it. Hair is made up of protein and hair follicles with blood supply vessels. If you want the beautiful hair, start by washing, drying, massaging & conditioning it properly, changing the lifestyle and diet will give a healthy hair.

How to take care of your hair?

Here are few things which you can do to take care of your hair. To keep your hair healthy and stylish: can help you feel more healthy and attractive.

1. Wash your hair :- Wash your hair twice a week or alternate day, skip hot water shower as it will make your hair dry and brittle.

2. Shampoos:- Use very little shampoo, use light and natural shampoo. avoid sulphate and problem like chemicals in the shampoo as it is very harmful for your hair.

3. Wet Hair:- Use Microfiber towel to dry hair. Using a wide tooth comb is the best way to get rid of tangles, allow hairs to dry naturally in front of fan avoid using blow dryers.

4. Trim your hair regularly:– try to trim your hairs every three months or so. Split ends stops the growth of hair

5. Moisturize:- Due to heat hair becomes unhealthy moisturizing your hair with Olive oil, Coconut oil and Sesame oil is useful maintain the growth and texture of hair.

6. Brushing your hair:– it’s a very good exercise of the scalp, which increases blood circulation. Stimulate the hair follicles which promotes growth, but too much brushing will damage your hair strands that results in frizz and split ends

7. Avoid Using dyes & Color’s :- Hair die contains chemicals that can damage your hair, try to use natural colors & dyes.

8. Protect your hair from sun:- Sun can damage your hair, make your hair dry & dehydrated, try to use hats or use a hair spray with SPF.

9. Avoid tight hair:– While making ponytail be careful not to pull your hair too tight as this can lead to damage and breakage.

10. Maintain your health:-

a. Eat healthy:-Hair is made up of proteins, eat diet which is rich in vitamins, proteins, sprouts, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet helps to grow hair and give good look to your hair.

b. Drink water:- Drink at-least 1.5 ltr of water i.e 8 glass of water everyday. This helps to keep your body and hair healthy.

c. Stress:- Physical and mental stress can cause more hair loss. Try to avoid stress in your life yoga,meditation and slight physical activity. Helps to reduce stress.
